RETURNS & EXCHANGES If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return new and unused items in the original box with all accessories within 30 days for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged, less any shipping fees incurred by the seller or purchaser. Special orders are not returnable. In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must posses the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers. Defective merchandise shall be returned directly to the manufacturer under their return policy; we can help you with that. All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please, clearly print/type your name and address on the outside of the package. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. Tailgate Shops LLC reserves the sole right to refuse the return of any item in which the purchaser has made previous multiple returns or if the product has been used. In addition, we will not accept orders from customers that have demonstrated a high incidence of returns after purchase.

SHIPPING INFORMATION Shipments within the contiguous 48 US States: TailgateGrills.com is currently offering FREE Shipping and Handling on all orders which are $99 or more via UPS Ground service within the contiguous 48 US States. Free shipping orders that exceed $99 are shipped standard ground. If you prefer faster shipping, please select either UPS 3 Day Select. If you need an item shipped UPS 2nd Day Air, please specify in the 'special shipping instructions' box when checking out. UPS Next Day Air is available on in-stock items, please contact us for a quote. Rates for these destinations and services are calculated at order placement and a shipping quote will be emailed to you within 2 business days. Most in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days. If your order will not ship within 2 business days you will be notified via email or phone.

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS About 95% of our orders ship within 2 business days. Though we do our best to make sure the products we offer are always available, we occasionally run out of particular items. If an item you order is unavailable we will backorder the item and attempt to ship for 30 days. If an item becomes available after 30 days we will contact you prior to shipping.

SALES TAX Tailgate Shops LLC is located in Germantown Ohio USA. We are required by law to collect a 7% Ohio State sales tax on orders delivered within Ohio only.
